Also apparently the release date has been bumped up to the 4th of August. 

Unless kids can work at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, I think it's safe to assume you play an adult. *notes the part of the video that says they follow you home from work* Edit: Derp, it only says "What have you brought home?"

Also, not at all surprised that the release date has been bumped up. It's a FNAF game. It'd be odd if it didn't come out earlier than stated.

So this looks more like the Playable Teaser for Silent Hill than the conventional setup.

*couldn't bring myself to watch the entire video, even muted, and instead watched through the little slider*

In case anyone was wondering:
A) the official Steam page is up, and it confirms that you are a kid. 
B) the movie is Actually A Thing, and Scott is helping with its development.

Then if you're a kid, it'll be interesting to see how this fits in the storyline.

All signs point to them following you home. Somehow.

I'm beginning to wonder if this tells the story of the Bite of 87.

I'd put more stock in it being related (e.g. the kid was the victim and now s/he's having nightmares about the animatronics) rather than it being something that happens during the course of the game.

Or perhaps a witness. Also what does the frontal lobe do again?

According to comments I've seen, without a frontal lobe, a person is either basically a vegetable or incapable to dream, throwing the "This is the victim's nightmares" theory out the window.

I like the witness theory. Someone also noticed that the clothes in the drawer in the trailer appear to be what a kid wore in one of the minigames before? I haven't watched all of FNAF2 yet, much less 3, so I wouldn't know. :V

I don't recall that much detail in the minigames.
