OH FUCK THAT SHIT!!! *just got through night 1 by a squeaky nose*

Panicked at around 4 am when I lost Chica and Bonnie... Closed both doors and hoped for 6 am. Power went out a little after 5 am and Freddy appeared after a few seconds, only for everything to go dark. I was expecting Freddy any second when 6 AM hit!

But man that shit is fucking terrifying!

well, I'm glad the series is over now, as I never liked it.
not because I think it's overrated, but because I'd rather play resident evil or silent hill if I were to stomach a horror game.

I get that you'd prefer other things, but why would that make you not like FNaF?

Also it's not exactly over - we're getting a content update around Halloween. (...I can't help but imagine Scott being physically restrained so that he doesn't release it early.) And a movie.

zombies don't jumpscare you most of the time as you know it's behind the door to begin with.
it's more how FNaF handles their jumpscares randomly as opposed to knowing it will happen, but still getting scared.

One has zombies, one has Jumpman^{[citation needed]}.

No, but I did try a recording app to see if it would work. Gameplay is unaffected by it, but the videos turn out horribly laggy, so that's a no go right now...

How I found that out is by dying twice on night 2... First time was when I panicked again and ran out of power too early again. No 6 am miracle this time... When Freddy did pop up, his jump scare was incredibly laggy and no sound played (still made me jump slightly ). Second time, I thought I was doing good: Briefly check Pirate's Cove and Freddy to keep them where they were, then flash the hallway lights for Bonnie and Chica every few seconds. Unfortunately, Chica got too close when I wasn't looking and jammed my door and light..... Knew it was over, so I just popped the camera up and down quickly, and:

Jumpscares usually happen when you fuck up, so you know when they happen. When they happen when you fuck up, that's the question.

But this confuses me. Knowing what's going to happen makes you scared, but having it happen randomly makes you not scared? 

no, I get scared regardless, I just prefer knowing there will be one and THEN get scared.

That makes even less sense. Knowing what's going to happen generally makes you less scared.

Yeah, that's the problem with the mobile games. Lower framerate.

It could be worse, though.

Nope :D Barely managed to get to Night 2 on FNaF1 mobile. I'm a, as they say in Spain, "persona ansiosa".

I just heard about the mobile problems through word of mouth. Or, er, word of text, as the case may be.

FNaF4's mostly negatively impacted because there's a lot of movement rather than static screens.
