Okay, so the second-best mace (ie has 6 forge slots) can be made (and thus forged with) with the relatively easy-to-get conditional drop from the Storm Emperor. No sweat.

But the respective Drive Blade is made from the conditional drop of the balls-to-the-wall-hard Fallen One.

It has a skill that is basically guaranteed to bind every part of every one of your party members. And it is guaranteed to use it on the first turn unless you stun it.

It binds at least one part of it too, but that doesn't help in the slightest. >:/
