Seriously though, it's now illegal in some states (including California), and the EPA has started to take action to stop it. Meanwhile the US is receiving quite a bit of international criticism over this. Plus my own mom would most likely strangle me if I did because she is very opposed to the whole thing. Supposed more water has been dumped than what would be leaked from a leaky faucet over 3 years.
