I mean, at least I manage to get to the two bosses of the map before everything goes crashing down.

The problem is that reinforcements start spawning if you take too long.

I don't have a lot of units that last that long., which compounds the problem.

Valk finally picked up Birthright last night. She also has the download code for Conquest and is now waiting for Revelations to be released. She hasn't downloaded Conquest yet because she needs another SD card.
I started watching her play Birthright, and I'm not sure what to think of it yet.

Gameplay-wise I'm preferring Conquest so far, honestly.

I was trying to capture at least one of the bosses of Kana's paralogue (which I did manage to clear), because hey, why not? Could be good for some shits 'n giggles. ...Even if they're really creepy.

Either way, I had Arthur and Silas forming a wall to prevent Felicia from being attacked, and also to buy time while Niles was moving over there. I figured that letting the bosses throw themselves on the two once should be enough to let Niles zero in on them and initiate capture.

Nope. Arthur - uncharacteristically for him - managed to crit both times. Once as Silas's Tag Team partner, and another while he was the lead.

Go freaking figure.
