also, lief and I talked about a super LP of fire emblem 11/12 done together on miiverse at one point.
I honestly think this layout would work that I thought of at a moment's notice
I beat a chapter.
send my save to lief by uploading it and PMing it.
he beats the next chapter
sends his save to me by uploading/PMing
rinse and repeat.
just need to fins a good site to upload these files to send to each other, but I think google drive MIGHT work.

lief, what do you say to that idea, after all, you where the one to suggest a super LP.

Ah, crap, totally meant to respond to that...

But yeah, that seems like a good idea. Google Drive should work; if you can play it directly from the Drive it doesn't even need to be reuploaded.

So, recently, I did a couple of things in regards to Let's Playing.

Last Saturday, I bought a headset and new mouse for my laptop. If you seen my recent posts about my other mouse, you'll know how much I've been needing a new one. The headset was something I've thought about getting for awhile now.

So, with a headset in my possession, I felt even more inspired to try something out. And with our recent loss of internet, I decided to get off of my lazy butt (well, technically, I was still on my butt, but you get the picture ).

I recorded about 2 hours of me playing 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors.

....Unfortunately, it didn't turn out that good. The footage was fine, yes. My commentary? ...Meh.

That, and the fact that I was mostly reading text on screen made it quite dull...

....and one of the fans I have in my room was blowing into the mic in the first half hour or so of footage...

So yeah, I think I'm going to hold off on LPing this game...at least for now. I might try it again if I get better (practice makes perfect they say ). I also heard that there may be a port of this game and Virtues Last Reward coming to PC, which, would make sense, given that Zero Time Delima was released on Steam. So if there is a PC port of this game, I'll just buy it (along with the other two games in the series) and try to LP that version (and the other two games).

As for if I'll try to LP again...I might. I don't know exactly what I would be playing, but I have a few ideas. I'm just glad that I can actually do video LPs now. Windows 10 actually has a built in game recorder, and it did a pretty good job of recording 999 without lagging it too much, so it should work out nicely for other games. If not, I still have XSplit, and that can add a facecam.

Anyway, it would be a waste to have almost 2 hours of footage and not put it to use, so...I edited some of the highlights of my footage together in a quick (and poorly edited) montage.

I'm watching your video right now, Jo, and honestly I like your commentary! I would love to see more of this, especially since I'm playing the same game currently. The only issues are the unfortunate placement of your fan, and also your voice is a few moments ahead of the footage, which gets irritating. Just put your fan at a different angle so it's not pointed at the microphone, and be extra careful when you're syncing up your voice, and this'll be golden.
