It's super short and bad. buuuut.

Noctis's event launched in FFRK. He has the easiest MCIII to get - just boot up the Elite Dungeon fight and launch a (RW) fire/ice/lightning elemental OSB at the head. Boom, done.

He also has relics on the current banner - notably, a OSB that grants him Arminger Mode. This grants him a 30% damage negation barrier, as well as +50% ATK and CT Half. It ends as soon as the 30% HP limit is hit, but that can be extended with other similar effects (like Ramza's Chant or Y'shtola's Asylum).
