The story of the Fish-Men is really deep and twisted....

I can see that, in fact, I still haven't gotten through all the flashbacks.

While I find it hard to forgive him, now that I've gotten a good look at the history of his people, I cannot completely hate him either.

Re: The Grand Line
the fishman arc explains why he had no problem with killing a human, and honestly, I just want to give kid arlong a hug and tell him things will get better D:

This deep rift between Fishmen and Humans reminds me of racism in our world.

Re: The Grand Line
I've read 63 volumes (626 chapters) and I'm sadly reaching the end of the line, my library only goes up to volume 65 at the moment. Volume 66 is supposed to be coming out this month.

Man, I really need to catch up!
I should be able to later this week since there's a break in the tournament until Thursday.

Yes, please do catch up as soon as possible, I want to know what you think of all of this. The Grand Line does not disappoint me and I feel the series gets better and better as time goes on to the point that the first few volumes look like crap.

Am I the only one who likes the 4Kids opening? I mean, that's a one-way nostalgia trip whenever I hear it. o.o

I personally love it, its how I got into One Piece, the only thing I disliked about the 4kids dub was that after I read the manga I saw how much they took out, namely laboon and little garden :I
