Lately I've really been wanting to play a visual novel (or as visual novel fans say, "read"). I don't know what it is, maybe because I want to take a break from difficult, grindy RPGs like what I play most often, and play something relaxing that'll give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. Basically I want to play Persona 4 without the monster-fighting. I'm still trying to find a visual novel I might actually like, that isn't just an extended back-story to set up which big titty anime girl will be sucking my anime peen.

Try Starlight Vega's demo. It's a multipath Yuri story.

As far as Visual Novels go, I don't know many that aren't a romance. Corpse Party: Book of Shadows isn't relaxing for most of the population, but it certainly isn't romance either and may require that you know how the prior game (Corpse Party: Blood Covered) went.

That's the standard price for a route. Locomotives are usually $20 and vary greatly in quality, except the really good ones are priced up
to $30. That said if it's well done and is of good length, then it's a fair price. This one has length (112ish miles). Well done, apparently not.

I've spent way too much on this game

Question for you guys: Have any of you ever played Warframe? I've never seen much about it until more recently when I saw an ad for a new major update for it that greatly improves it. Given that it looks similar to Destiny, I'm a bit curious to try it out now, especially since it's free to play.

A lot of my non TPPS friends (notably Kitsune and Mitsuki) play it and I've considered it myself. Haven't gotten around to trying it yet.

I think I may try downloading it on my PS4 overnight tonight and see what it's like.

Fake edit: On second thought, after checking, I think I'll hold off until November when the update comes to consoles. Didn't realize it wasn't out for them yet.
