I do toss and turn a bit some nights, but usually doesn't disrupt my sleep too much.

I get to bed around 11 almost every night and wake up at around 8 almost every day. The only times I stay up any later than 11 is when there's severe weather in the area (like tonight), and the only time I wake up earlier than 8 is when I get woken up by my grandma who is usually awake before me, but lets me sleep in most of the time.

That's more sleep than I get on a weekday!
