Unfortunately, I wasn't actually able to take advantage of the QR codes that came with the game because the camera was being a jerk.

So I looked them up online and scanned them there.

I don't know how that worked.

I know that feel kinda. My 3DS camera's completely busted.

There should be some free DLC available if you haven't checked that out already.  I think most of it is way out of your league right now though.

You're right. There's just no way I can take on the might of the old portraits.

More seriously though yes I did nab all the free DLC. Also just beat the Chimaera. Unfortunately he decided to be a jerk and poison-kill Flavio at near the last minute (if I waited I could've revived Flavio but I overestimated the amount of health he had left so whoops) so now Flav's down by about 1200 EXP.

Smooth.

Yep.  I think all the DLC minus the Wanted: (plant) is free the week it's released.  Ironic that the best DLC is also the cheapest.

Also for gigs I decided to make a Classic file:

That's a pretty solid party, really.  But since you're on Classic it wouldn't hurt to have a second squad of Survivalists and Beasts for gathering purposes.

Though perhaps you ought to beat Story first if you want to carry anything over.  (Grimoires, money, guild members, items, maps, codex and compendium, level cap, etc)

That is true, and I thought about doing that, but...eh.

Also, I'm planning to do another Classic playthrough with Sovereign, Landsknecht, Ronin, Alchemist and Survivalist, though most of them may be subject to change.

So I'm doing that right now and it's going much smoother than last time, probably because my current party fits my playstyle better than the last one. Beat the Chimaera at level 13 on Standard.
