Competition Results—April 2015

Sorry for the late-itude, been a busy few days, I'm kinda tired, and this competition cycle was a bit tedious to score. x.x
- and the winner is...:
- SINISTER SINISTRAAAAAAAAALS!
Yes, for the second month in a row! Close competition though—despite the addition of a new member and their amazing performance in the Easter event, the final score was the closest yet. Sinister Sinistrals: 35.96286; Rational Sabotage: 34.34083.- spreadsheet:
As you can see, Sinister Sinistrals saw a dramatic drop in activity in April, resulting in a close game. The Easter event was practically all that saved them.
Overall, April was a fairly lax month, though some users improved. Bean's forum presence is growing back, and jokool made a dramatic rebound from his previous activity levels. Meanwhile, Caps joined the fray for Sinister Sinistrals, pulling in a respectable amount of points for someone just returning to our midst.
As usual, if anyone would like to dispute the scores or double-check the math, feel free to do so.
Unfortunately, due to the delay in getting the results out, this month's competition will be shorter than usual. I'll make completely sure I'm on-time next time.
We'll have a new blue background tomorrow. Badges still in the works. (SS: If you guys could provide me a reference for which Phoenix I'm looking for, that'd be nice. Just some official art will do, though I might not use the specific art you show me for the badges.)

That... is a good question.
...Snazz is snazzy enough to defy reality on a regular basis in a world where there is no fixed reality. :B
In all seriousness, I do remember counting Snazz's threads at some point, so either I didn't enter my results or the spreadsheet got rid of my change (which it does sometimes for reasons I can't really comprehend).
Anyway, I just counted 5 threads for Snazz. That gives them 6.36 points, and Sinister Sinistrals 36.09929, thus just barely pushing them past the ones-digit two-point barrier that makes it look not quite so close of a game. :B
I'm thinking I should just axe the "threads in" thing completely, as that's really tedious and I'm usually tired when I do it.
