I know that. Your post just made global warming seem nonexistent, mainly because fucking Minnesota has temperatures clocking in at -50 degrees.

I may be remembering the exact state wrong, it could be Montana (perhaps even both states having cancelled schools for 3 days).

It's actually wind chills that will be around -50, but still, that's insane....especially since there's going to be a football playoff game tomorrow....

Still. If wind chills are going to be low, unless my weatherology is wrong, then the actual temperature is still needing to be around there.

Wind speed is also a big factor in calculating wind chill. More wind along with the cold temps makes it even colder feeling.

Our water stopped running this morning. I had to go to my brother's apartment in order to shower.

Because of that, we can't flush the toilet either.

And now our water is frozen....

Trying to unfreeze it right now, so hopefully it'll be back soon.

Loudoun canceled school again.

Still no water in our house...

Good news is that it should get back into the 40s by tomorrow, so hopefully things will thaw out by then.

I doubt your pipes will thaw out within a day.
