Honestly I didn't plan on watching the show, my mom and sister brought the first 12 episodes home from the library and I wasn't interested in watching it. That is until my sister got most of the way through episode 2 and I looked up from my 3DS and computer in time to see Sebastian be a badass at the end of the episode. At which point my curiosity was aroused and I paid attention to the remaining 4 episodes on the disk before having my sister start it over from beginning.

I think it is the only anime where I can watch the first 12 episodes repeatedly back to back.
