I'm trying to not get attached to too many characters since *goes ahead and spoilers this in case it is spoilery*:

- I'm guessing most of them are going to die. I don't think all of them die since I've heard you mention that there are survivors that are in the newest game, but since I don't know who, I'm just going to act like all of them die so I don't get as sad when they do die....
Yeah, that's a weird way to think, but at least I'll be surprised when I get to the end and find out who lives.

I love depressing stuff, although that's not what got me interested in Dangan Ronpa. See, I was spoiled to the executions in DR on Tumblr, and I thought "Holy crap, that's whats in Dangan Ronpa?! I gotta check this out!"
That, and I saw a few posts with the character art, and I was immediately drawn to Leon and Sakura. My love for the others came after I read DR.
However, there are two DR characters I do dislike, though: Celestia and Byakuya. I find Celestia really fucking creepy, and Byakuya... well, it's pretty obvious why I hate him.

Celestia doesn't creep me out that much. Hell, I kinda like most of the girls. However:

My favorite male character is obviously Makoto. I haven't really started liking any of the others much yet, but for some reason, I think Mondo is kinda cool. Not sure why though... *shrugs*
I imagine my opinion will change later about most of the characters...
