Also I'm thinking of doing an LP of Euro Truck Simulator 2 after I finish Prison Architect as it seems it won't be too long before I accomplish my goal in that game.

I'm thinking of doing a blind LP of the Oracle games from Legend of Zelda. Two questions.

First: I'm aware that the games have some sort of connection and must be played together. Is that possible to do using an emulator?

Second: Anybody interested in helping cover important information I wouldn't get on my blind playthrough?

And before anyone asks, yes, I'm probably gonna shelve my To the Moon LP for now.

Though I have never played the Oracle games, I do know that they don't really have to be played together. The only thing they can be connected for is non plot related and unnecessary unless you are going for 100%, and even then I'm not sure if it is needed or not. :I
I can certainly look up the walk through of it and see if you are missing anything/if there are heart pieces nearby that will be helpful.


If you want to do both, that's cool, but they are different games. Unlike pokemon, they both have very different plots, so it is up to you to decide if you want to do Seasons or Ages. I have no real preference since I love both the mangas. :U (I secretly love Ages more, though.)

All I can tell you is that the connection between the two games is that you have to play Seasons first, as there's a place in Ages you'll be unable to reach unless you've played Seasons.  I don't know much about the Oracle games because I've never played them, but I heard they're hard as fuck, so good luck.  tbh you should do link's DX because it's fantastic

It is possible because it's done via passwords.  (You may be able to do it via link cable, but that's impossible on an emulator. 100% certain that you can do it with passwords, though.)

Actually, while they can technically be done separately, there is a larger plot that you'd miss out on if you only played one version.

I can't say what it is, obviously. :U

Also you get a bonus heart container at the start of a Linked Game (among other things only possible in a Linked Game), so it is needed for 100% completion.

As far as I can tell, it certainly does seem there is a plot connection. The way people describe it, the second game you play becomes the sequel to the first game.

Is that place plot-important? Because I was actually looking into playing Ages first, as I heard it's more puzzle-oriented. I'm not going for 100%, just a fun playthrough of the whole plot.

Canonically, Oracle of Ages is indeed the second game to happen.

I'm not sure if that would sway your decision or not, but...it's a thing.

I kinda want to do a Fire Emblem LP, but I don't know which one to do.
